War is a battle that will hurt and restore us and thank God for his spirit .It’s a fight worth fighting for, once you know why you are fighting for , than the freedom begins to resonate in our hearts.

The war is the battle of the enemy for our soul. We live in a corrupt world and in a corrupt body. As long as we are in this world the enemy will make an attempt to distract us and cause us to choose to sin.

I have to be aware and on guard at ALL times to the battle between my fleshly desires and my desire to be obedient to God through holiness. I can’t accomplish this on my own. When temptation comes, I must learn to cry out to Jesus for help. The Holy Spirit promises to give me a way out and I must listen and take it. As described in the lesson, using this method will help me lean on God’s help and not my own strength. I cannot fight against Satan nor his demons and expect to win without the strength and power of God, His Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is a spiritual battle for my soul.
