No, I have not considered it as a role. If I need help or advice, I will ask an experienced colleague. If I am asked a question by another teacher, I will give them an answer.

This year I was asked to be a mentor to a first year teacher at our school. We would meet occasionally to see how things were going and for me to be able to share my experiences and to pray with him. I know I could have done better, but it was a start.

I have not considered myself a mentor, but now I see how important it is. Students need you.

No, becasue I do not feel as though I am experienced enough to mentor someone else. I do howeer, seek mentorship from others around me who have wisdome to give.

We have mentoring 2-4 times a month we are class sponsors, but we also have mentoring duties. We meet throughout the year and have meaningful open conversations. This is something that our school has built in we meantor a small group of students, 10-12.
