Mentorship is a fundamental aspect of my role as a Christian educator. I believe that mentoring students is essential for discipleship and helps them grow in their faith. This relationship also allows me to model Christ-like behavior while providing guidance and support. I aim to establish a mentoring relationship with each of my students, encouraging and praying for them as they navigate their educational journey.

As a teacher I believe mentorship is part of our duty to our students.

Mentorship is a major role as Christian educator. As the adage says “Seeing is believing”. As we know mentorship is intentional. It helps to bring out the star in any child in the fear of God in exploits, collaboration and in sustainability of norms and believe in making impacts in the larger world.

I have always considered myself a mentor wherever i find myself. On daily basis, I touch lives either directly or indirectly.
Mentorship is a natural extension of the Christian educator’s calling. It allows for intentional investment in students’ lives, reflecting Christ’s love and guidance. While it may require time, effort, and intentionality, the rewards—both for the mentor and the mentee—are immeasurable.
Through mentorship, Christian educators can help shape students into godly, confident, and capable individuals who are prepared to make a positive impact in their families, communities, and the world.

I have always considered myself a mentor and I make sure that I am guiding students down the correct path. I have never signed up for specific mentoring, this is just how I feel with my interactions with students.
