Yes, Christian educating and mentorship must coexist to properly equip the mentee for their future orientation in God’s will. Jesus always facilitated what he wanted the disciples to replicate in the earth.

Yes, as a Christian educator they are both one in the same- you cannot have one without the other. Jesus always facilitated in example before asking the disciples to demonstrate. Mentorship helps perfect and make permanent in the mind and heart of the individual you are mentoring.

Yes, as a Christian educator they are one in the same to prepare the next generation for ministry in a culture that desperately need it. Educator/ facilitator is the best approach in any culture to both equip them for future orientation.

Mentorship is not something I’ve considered much as part of my role simply because previously I was teaching Kindergarten. However, now that I’m teaching Junior High and High school students, I’m realizing more and more that that part of education is essential.

I believe mentorship is important for a Christian educator because wisdom, principles, and experiences are being transferred to equip more Christian educators and I am presently being mentored by a Christian educator.
