I’m so thankful that the administration and other teachers at our school take the time to learn the “why” behind student behaviors and use the mistakes students make (behaviorally, academically, etc.) as an opportunity to lovingly redirect them and point them to Christ. Only Christ can truly heal a broken heart and set captives free. I’m grateful that my school recognizes that “fixing” behavior is a band-aid, whereas Christ is the cure.
