I give alms to the poor but not often. After learning through this lesson, I will budget for this more often.

If I see someone in need ,to offer my help/open my hand . Think about how the Lord showed us to do for the poor.

I tend to excel at being Personal, followed by being Premeditated, and then from my Private Deposit. However, I find being Periodic in my giving and making giving a Priority more of a challenge for me. These are both largely due to my finances being so very tight most of the time. I don’t give as consistently or “off the top” as easily as I should. Both of those require a conscious effort on my part. I am a work in progress.

If I see a homeless person I give them money I can’t imagine what it would be like not to have a home and family to help you. I’m not good at saving money but will try harder now to have a specific pot for giving

Keep it personal. I would prefer to give to organizations that I have a passion for.
