I probably spend the most time in narrative, which makes sense considering that it makes up about 60% of the Bible. After that, I would say the others are roughly equal. I have spent the past few months pouring into apocalyptic books, while reading some psalms and proverbs as well. While it depends on the season I am in, I would say that they roughly equal out. My favorite genres are parables and apocalypse, probably because I like to spend time discovering their meaning.

The epistles, just because they contain life applications that are relative to New Testament Christian believers.

I spend a lot of time in the New Testament so epistle and parable would be what I read the most. The apocalypse is what I read the least. I really do not have a favorite, just depends on where my head is.

My personal favorite are the epistles. They seem to be like a letter from HOME. Then I like parables because they get right in to my soul. Probably my least favorite are narratives because I get bogged down in the details and I wonder if the relevance to me. I’m sure I’m making it over complicated.

I enjoy reading the parables because I can see how I relate to them. My least favor style is poetry. Sometimes I have a different time understanding then
