I find that those which are existential all seem very much alike. In fact, when I discuss with my New Age type friends sometimes it all runs together. On the other hand, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism are so close sometimes I can’t see why we cant come together better. All of us in these three beliefs are children of Father Abraham.
I feel that, as a Christian, I have more problems talking with existentialists of any type, especially nihilists because many of them figure it doesn’t matter which path you follow as long as you follow it “religiously”.

Monotheism & Deism are most alike because they both believe in one God.

Naturalism & Pantheism are most dissimilar because…naturalism believes matter is all that exists & pantheism believes that everything that exists is God (Spirit). Matter is an illusion.

Monotheism and pantheism are the most similar because they both believe in one God, just different aspects of God
And monotheism and nihilism are the most dissimilar because one believes in God while the other does not

I think monotheism and pantheism are similar because they both see God as Spirit and in meditation even though their mediations may differ. The two that are dissimilar are deism and naturalism in that deists believe in a Creator God, while naturalists believe in random chance.

Most alike: Monotheism and Deism they both believe in the creator (God).

Most dissimilar: Monotheism and Nihilism; One is believing in a higher power with authority…When the other is based on nothingness and worthlesness.
