People of color are being disproportionately affected by abortion. How do we respond to this issue?

They need to be given sexual education; they need to be taught abstinence; they need to be taught the alternatives to abortion; they are not financially capable of raising children; they need to be educated on the risks associated with abortions, and they need support to raise children, so they do not abort.
