I point out that biology will not change because you want it too. You can change what you look like on the outside, but when it comes down to the DNA coding that makes you what you are, it will remain the same. Our society wants our children to believe they can choose to be a boy or a girl or nothing. What TRUTH (don’t get me started on that amazingly awesome rabbit trail) tells us is that each of us has either XX or XY; we are either male or female. That will not change no matter what ways we want it to or do to affect the outward appearance. God has a special plan for each of us and He created us (handmade, according to Psalm 139:13) for that plan. How we feel does not change the underlying TRUTH.

On-going reflection about God’s involvement in our experiences can help to build faith and knowing that His truth is real.

It can also be helpful to use examples of how science science proves that the Word is true, such as seeing evidence that Noah’s Ark existed, how God created the rainbow as a reminder of His promise to mankind.
