It is important that we understand that our God is a gracious God. God loves us and desires to have a relationship with us despite our human failures.

It is important to know that God still loves us and wants to fellowship with us even when we fail. Failure is inevitable but love and reconciliation are always possible if we will ask forgiveness for failing. God is welcoming to us and wants a relationship with us therefore He awaits our return to Him when we come up short and fail. God is gracious and forgiving forever.

We live in a world surrounded by all forms, types, and kinds of temptations, and sometimes we give in. It is comforting to know that when we fail, God’s love, mercy, and grace are still available to us, and we can humbly return to our Father, and continue to receive His love.

God has always wanted relationship with us. It was that way from the beginning of creation when he walked with Adam and Eve. All through the Old Testament, we see God continually reaching out to his people, wanting them to return to him. He continues that same desire today, and we can be in relationship with him through the death and resurrection of Jesus, the final and complete sacrifice!
