This is true for us today because we must always come back to God when we fail. God is the source of our salvation (through his son and our Lord and Savior : Jeus Christ) and even though we constantly rebel against him, he still loves us. We must continue to repent for our sins and put our trust in him because he will eventually judge sin once and for all.

I think it is significant to us today because we need to know that God has not changed His mind and that he still loves and forgives us and welcomes us back to Him.

It is significant because we are condemned to eternal suffering if we don’t return to Him. It’s for our sake that God wants us to return to Him. This is purely grace and mercy, not on our merit nor any of our deeds.

This statement is significant today because it ties into the new testament theme of salvation. Jesus , God’s beloved Son, was the sacrificial lamb for all who receive him. It is through him that sinners can have their sins forgiven. Therefore, God loves us so much that he sent his only begotten Son, so we would not perish.

Professor Buzzell concludes this lesson by saying that if we fail, God wants us to come back to Him. This significant to us today because we live in a sinful world. It is important that we recognize that we are all sinners and need to repent to God for his forgiveness. By doing so, we can continue to develop a relationship with him.
