God’s compassions are new every morning! We are human and err but He is Faithful and just if we repent and call upon Him to forgive our sins through our loving Saviour Jesus Christ!

Because we still follow the same destructive path of behaviour, just like God’s people. But because of what Jesus did for us on the cross, we can go back to God and we can be forgiven. God wants us to be in a relationship with Him, as He did then, He still does.

This is significant because the reality is that it isn’t a matter of IF we fail, but WHEN we fail. The OT teaches us that we serve a faithful God. That God loves, sin separates us, but because of His grace we can continue to come back to Him. The creator of the universe wants us to have a relationship with us.

Because of the fall, sin will always be a part of this world. But God is gracious and faithful and wants to forgive us and restore us so we can have a loving relationship with Him.

This is significant to us because people are constantly failing. We live in a broken world that is filled with sin. Failure is expected. Jesus scarified everything so that we can be saved by His grace and rejoice in the fact that He is our Heavenly Father. It is a blessing to fail, because then we can fully rely on God and His great works to carry us through.
