Using parents as guest lecturers in course is an area where I use parents. Parents can also be great in the younger classrooms, listening to children read, helping plan parties, and allowing parents to help with crafts.

Find parents that speak another language and invite then to talk about the importance of being bilingual.
If they speak Spanish have my students interview them in the target language, so they have the opportunity to listen to another voice and maybe another accent.
