Reflect on the C. S. Lewis quote: “No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear.” In what ways do you think grief feels like fear? How does that make coping with grief/loss difficult?

This is so true as grief is not something that we have to face everyday especially if something takes us by surprise and we feel so unprepared for. Coping with grief is so difficult though as Christain we trust God is in control, we still pray and keep our hope high. Therefore when reality hits and it is not what we hope for, it is still hard to accept.
