Reframing enables you explore the presenting problem in detail and past similar behaviour patterns or possibly the foundation of this problem. Also because of the main vision of letting God and His spirit guide this process you need to understand their relationship with God. This is important because all of the issues we present arise from the tension between the works of the flesh and the spirit of God. Soulcare is aimed at enabling the desire for God and experiencing him take over the rule of the flesh.

Relationships are often very important to people so it helps break down the problem for them a little more, but the most important relationship is their relationship with Jesus. Going directly to their relationship with Jesus and how they think about him at the time can sound “judgy” without the background of them seeing how you care via the other questions first.

Shifting our focus will cause our thinking to shift, our motives to shift and our line of questions to shift. We are only human and if we don’t reframe the problem in our mind, our hearts will still put off the energy of condemnation or quick fix of the surface problem. Shifting our focus removes our baggage and points us to focus our eyes and their eyes on Jesus. Shifting our focus is a beautiful way for us to authentically be curious in asking questions and speaking vision.
