Because you are journeying into the soul of the individual and as you both talk you know how this problem is not only affecting him, but all of his relationships and how long he has had this problem, and if it is effecting his relationship with God.

because if we do not reframe and have vision and a loving curiosity then we are remaining on the surface and the deep root of the issue will never be opened and explored, no Soul Care will take Place. Secrets give santan a foothold where secrets revealed(in a loving curious Godly vision situation) will release freedom

Reframing is an important tool when combined the concept of the iceberg analogy. If the presenting problem is what is seen above the surface, then connecting to the deeper issue takes the focus below the surface to the story of the soul. Relationship issues are at the root of presenting problems. Once there, it is easier to go to the deepest and most important level – the relationship with the God who is Love. At the deepest level, God’s Spirit is the one who gives the compelling vision of a soul satisfied by the love of God. The Spirit gives the compassion that creates curiosity. And, it is the Spirit who is calling each soul deeper to the only relationship that has the power to transform from root to fruit.

This is the beginning of revealing the core of the present issue. Where/how did this start?

Reframing allows us to help navigate through the distractions (presenting problems) to help place our ultimate focus and trust on what God wants for this person.
