We discussed Creation and how God is creative. When we create works in the arts, we are echoing the creativity of God. It went well. I would like to do more lessons like this.

Here is one thing I am doing to change the mindset of the students in my kindergarten classroom. It is a chant that I have incorporated into our daily morning routine.

We looked at the Speluvada Debate using the Bible. It help kids understand the importance of checking what people are saying when they use the Bible to make a point.

We made self portraits in the style of Arcimboldo, who painted faces using fruit and vegetables. We discussed how as Christians we want people to see the fruit of the spirit in us as easily as we could see the fruit in the faces in their artwork.
