For example, how does the idea of revenge in “The Cask of Amontillado” coincide with the biblical principle regarding revenge? And also, is this idea of revenge something that is prevalent in our culture? How should we as Christians react when someone wrongs us?
I have the students be as specific as possible and to make connections to their real life.

Rieman sums are a way of showing the accumulation of a function or a value. What are things that people can spend their time and their lives trying to accumulate?
The Bible warns about laying up treasures on earth or working just to accumulate more and more. Instead, Christians should work to lay up treasures in heaven.

This can show evidence of microevolution, that organisms can reproduce and create variations within species. But with macroevolution, a species evolving into another species, reproduction is impossible.

When we meet again we go over what God says about that subject and what the world says. My goal is for them to have the skill of searching the Bible for answers.

Deleted User07/09/2022 at 14:59I teach second grade so I try to integrate spiritual truths throughout every lesson I teach on a daily basis. For instance, when teaching about measurement in math, I discuss with the children how measuring helps us determine length, weight, etc. in things in God’s world. We discuss how every measurement has a standard by which we understand that measures value and it does not change. (Ex: 1 foot will ALWAYS equal 12 inches) I then talk about why we as humans can never “measure up” to God’s standard. We dig deeper in this by discussing why humans cannot measure up is because of the Fall in Genesis 3. We go back to what we have learned in Scripture and we discuss why the Fall happened. We discuss how it was a choice because God gave us a free will to choose to love and serve Him. I bring the lesson also back to redemption where, yes, we fall short of the Lord, but that is why Jesus came. He came to buy us back from sin.
