goal: to be more diligent in recording responses to issues as they come up in conversation to hopefully see growth as students learn information but also learn skills in discernment and thinking critically.

I will embark on a more constructive bible study. I will do so using my recent discovery of resources one of them being Our Daily Bread learning platform. I find it motivating and rich in knowledge and experience. I will complete at least one major study every month.

My goal is to be intentional with asking the students these guiding questions. My specific strategies to meet this goal is to add these questions to my focus wall as well as to the top of some of the papers I create. Being intentional about adding these questions will help me be more consistent with addressing them. Over time, the students will be accustomed to it and start thinking that way as well.

Goal: Provide more opportunities to allow discourse regarding relevant social issues in light of God’s Word.
Strategies: Set aside a course period to do so…maybe make it a monthly special. Also, bring in relevant reading material and have students discuss it as a possible bell ringer.
