I read the bible chapter by chapter personally and also as a family we read 1 or 2 chapters and discuss or ask questions.

1. Daily Devotionals (Verse of the Day) on bible app. Love having different people talk about the verses
2. Family time to talk about life and how God fits his story within it. -
Daily devotionals with my fellow colleagues. We discuss a scripture and then we pray for everyone there and also for anyone else that may be struggling. It is such a great way to begin the day.

I use a daily devotional called Open Heaven which has worked for me as God’s word speaks clearly to me from the materials. I also use a chapter-by-chapter study of the bible in one year program which we use during the night before we go to bed.

For scripture memorization- recitation is so important but making it fun for kids. Yell it, whisper it, say it like a robot, say it while hopping on one foot, etc.
Also incorporating it into conversation as you’re teaching, disciplining, talking on the playground, on the highways and byways
