Meditation is most helpful for me when I’m hiding God’s word in my heart.

I always have paper and pen with me. I learn best from writing. So when I hear something in church for example I take notes about it. I also usually read with a pen or pencil, this makes it easy for me to make notes in the margin or to underline something that has stuck out.

I like to take notes in a notebook and research information online as I read the Bible.

There are several good bible study apps available that can help make studying the word more convenient. I am currently going through GoWord and studying the sermon on the mount with a group of friends. In this way, I appreciate technology and how it can bring bible study tools to us in a more accessible way.

I really like reading the Bible right as I wake up right before bed. These times have been the best for me to be alone and study.
