The way I look at disciplship in the classroom. There are different ways of doing it. Our school does community projects, serving…but I feel I can be more intentional within our class with serving.

Spending more time with my students outside of the classroom, like having lunch with them. Giving more positive spiritual feedback throughout the day.

How spending more quality time like having lunch with them is important. Teach my students the love and the impact they will make by doing more mission work.

I want to dedicate more time to building deeper connections with my students and getting to know them better. Additionally, I plan to be more intentional about integrating all aspects of the curriculum, with a particular focus on incorporating meaningful processing activities.

    1. The centrality of the scripture is one major thing that stood out to me. Understanding the fact that Christ showed the example by giving references from the old book while teaching the 12 apostles or whenever he taught. This would make me more intentional about connecting every topic or class issues with a verse from the bible. They do not just get to hear me say but also get to read them for themselves when projected on the board.

    2. Mentorship/Discipleship is another one for me, understanding the fact that as a Christian educator I am at battle with the world and so I should not only expose the children to God’s word but also pay attention to their growth in the application of God’s word in their everyday lives.
