It reminds me of the importance of Christian education and that we are preparing children not just for this academic year but for the long term. God is always preparing us for the future.

Biblical integration has been something I’ve struggled with my first two years of teaching, but I feel more prepared for the upcoming year now that I better understand its importance in all areas of a child’s life in and outside of a school setting.

I will also continue to work on engaging in more processing activities to help the students reach that next level in critical thinking when it comes to those “big life questions.”
