Without a Biblical Worldview, I cannot impact my students for Christ.

It is crucial that even though I have a Biblical-World View Curriculum for some courses, that I am really intentional about making sure that this world view is evident in every lesson and activity that we do in courses, whether the curriculum itself is Biblical World View or not.

I appreciate the reminder that, though I teach in a Christian school with a curriculum that has a biblical worldview, it is imperative that I am intentional about infusing my instruction with God’s word and character. Additionally, I appreciate the encouragement toward discipleship of my students.

The first thing is that our Biblical Worldview must be directly tied to every aspect of our planning and lessons. As we approach teaching, we must use our Biblical worldview to inform every aspect of the lessons we plan. We can’t just say we have a Christian Worldview, we have to live it as well. Mentorship and discipleship need to be part of lesson planning and delivery. Setting ourselves apart from public schools by making intentional time to invest ourselves into the lives of our students, is of vital importance.
