Share one or two things you learned in this course that will change your approach in the classroom.

I would love to be more disciplined about the first few minutes of every day and every course. I want my students to feel respected and honored by the level of preparation I bring to each day.
I also would like to look for more opportunities to pour into the students’ lives. Perhaps the free lunch block would be a good opportunity to know them better.

One take away from I learned from the lesson is the importance of reading and learning the word of God can change lives. I will be more careful on integration biblical scriptures into my lessons. The other take away is the importance of missions. This coming Sunday, I will be attending a meeting planning a mission trip to mexico. This the beginning of a new era.

The biggest take away I have from this course is that I want to participate in missions work with my students and encourage them to pursue missions work.

I will be more active concerning bringing Scripture into EVERYTHING that I teach. I will also put more emphasis on Scripture memorization with my students.

In this course, I have learned that I need to root everything in the Word. I need to be deliberate in tying scripture to my lessons. It is important to bring the Word to students. To educate them not only in subject matter but also in God’s Word.
