Share one or two things you learned in this course that will change your approach in the classroom.

One thing that I have learned in this course is that I need to strongly consider my Christian Philosophy as I approach my lesson plans and daily activities. Students need continual encouragement and nurturing towards Christ and an open safe space to discuss the big questions of life.

Having a designated time for processing will be something that I will try to implement in my classroom.

I will be more intentional about using scripture in my lessons. I will also be more intentional on nurturing my students. Listening to them and teaching them.

I want to be more intentional about Biblical integration and discipleship.

One way that this course will change my approach in the classroom is that I will be more intentional about integrating biblical truths in to lessons. Every subject can and should be connected to God’s Truth. It’s not a matter of just praying every 1st period or casually mentioning Jesus and the Bible.
