Deleted User10/13/2024 at 16:29When teaching the age of Revolution, I juxtapose the notion of resisting a King like Saul, yet being told to respect earthly authorities such as, “Render unto Caesar.” I try to have students look into those concepts and determine how, if they were in that situation, would demonstrate the life of a believer. That helps scholars.

Deleted User09/20/2024 at 14:51I embed biblical principles in the music I choose to play for our ensembles. This reflects biblical principles about how our worship can be expressed as we play instruments. The principle of doing all things for His glory is embedded through every lesson.

Deleted User08/06/2024 at 10:54I teach Old Testament survey and Bible doctrine specifically to grade 9 and 10. As such, each of my lesson plans are connected to the truth of scripture.

Deleted User08/03/2024 at 21:30When I teach about a particular character trait or core value, I base my lesson on a Bible story. I ask the students to find how the story portrays that specific value. I also look for ways to highlight why these traits are pleasing to the Lord. I look for ways to tie principles of Christian living into what we are learning about.
