Connect them with God’s truth. Multiples of 3? Where can we find 3 in the BIble? God tells us that we should be fruitful and multiply. What is multiplication? Making connections with Bible stories whenever possible.

One way that I embed biblical principles into my lessons, is to a discuss worldviews. Often we compare and contrast various worldviews, including worldviews of the text with a biblical perspective or worldview.

The goal of Biblical integration is to help students think biblically and critically about every subject. I have been in many classrooms where teachers ask questions like ,”How does this point to God?”, of a particular subject. Students then have to critically think and dig into scripture to find answers. I find this is a great way to teach students about asking questions and critically thinking about the world around them instead of taking everything at face value.

An overarching theme that I have in every course is that we are to do the best we can with the talents God has given us. I encourage students who have strong abilities to understand that God has given him these abilities to be used for His glory. I also teach them that their academic integrity is and will always be a part of their testimony.

I first of all start with my scope and sequence then my unit development using my biblical integration to guide me in teaching on a topic, ”value” which is one of the principles of art. I used Genesis 1:1-3, value deals with light and dark. the ‘darkness’ in creation refers to the darker value while the ‘light’ refers to the lighter value.
