When students ask questions that I know has a biblical answer, I usually ask them a question back to get them thinking and draw their own conclusion as it relates to God’s word. The other day a child asked me what came first, the chicken or the egg? It gave a great opportunity to refer back to the biblical principles of creation and ask probing questions.

Science is one of my favorite subjects to hit on biblical principles as there are so many ways to show Gods power and design.

I try to tie thing back to our daily devotion or the Character traits of our Bible hero.

Science offers many opportunities to do this. We often refer to Romans 1:20 when studying the complexity of systems. We also compare worldviews’ stances on origins and sanctity of life issues.
