Losing confession coudl keep us in an arogant state dismissing the fact that we are all sinner and shoudl always maintian a humble heart. Removing thanksgivng would make us entitled; we could easily ignore the many things God is constcntly doing for us. Removing supplication honestly removes the very reason many of pray in the first place. The ability to ask God for our needs and wants and wants is teh privlage and gift that makes this a personal two-way reltionship.

There would be a failure to communicate to God: How much we admire His character, confess your sins and ask forgiven, offer thanks for the blessings we received and then ask for the things we need. Our prayer would be unbalanced and may not even reach our heavenly Father. If we have unforgiven sin in our hearts God might not answer our prayers. The guide follows the way the Lord taught His disciples to pray so it’s best to use it when we pray.

If we neglected any component of the acrostic we would be in danger I feel missing out on the fulfillment of our time with GOD. We need to confess our sins to be in right relationship with GOD. We need to show our love and appreciation for what he has done. We must be thankful in all things before we ask for anything. Recognizing that Jesus is our source.
