    If one was removed from the process of prayer, prayer would not be complete or meaningful.

    If you removed one you would be missing something in your prayers. You can do all the rest but if you don’t do one you will be missing it.

    I might not have an accurate “picture” of the power, majesty, and love of God. It could reduce my ability to see how all-powerful and all-knowing He really is and limit my dependence or confidence in Him.
    To not take the time to confess could greatly increase the likelihood of my heart growing cold and hard.
    Thanksgiving helps give me a glimpse of God’s faithfulness and provision to me. Without thankfulness, I will never experience contentment.
    No duplication means no provision. My lack of anything would be my own doing.

    Each part is just as important as the next, without one part, it is incomplete and not whole. We would be sending half finished thoughts and prayers and God deserves more than that.
