If confession was removed from my prayers I would loose my humility towards God.
If thanksgiving were removed from my prayers I wouldn’t be reminded of what the Lord has done for me!
If supplication was removed from my prayers I wouldn’t get things I need. -

Confession: a self-righteous relationship with God
Thanksgiving: a self-centred relationship with God
Supplication: a self-sufficient relationship with God -

If we don’t confess our sins, then we cause God’s blessings to either slow down r all together cease from our lives. If we are not thankful, we are like spoiled children and again we will not be able to receive all that God wants to give us because of our selfishness.

If confession were removed, we would not see the depth of our brokenness/flesh, be hindered in fellowship with the Spirit, and forget the cross.
If thanksgiving were removed, we would miss grateful expressions of His provision.
If supplication were removed, we would think we need to do it all on our own.
