Yes I would agree because like she said, God is the bedrock. He is our firm foundation and I feel like non-believers don’t truly grasp the wisdom God gives us believers.

I agree that true Christians can love wisdom as God intended them to as our desire is to get to know God. We can’t get to know God without finding His wisdom. He is the bedrock of our lives and we know He loves us. Therefore His wisdom is what we seek. Before knowing God, people may search for wisdom to attain and may very well find God in the process of their search for true wisdom, yet they will have a difficult time loving wisdom as God created us to without knowing God Himself.

I would disagree. This is an untenable statement, because it dismisses all non-believing philosophers (or anyone for that matter) who have ever existed as being unable to truly love wisdom. Because we are made in His image, we mirror certain capacities of God. Love is one of them. There is no reason why a person isn’t capable of loving wisdom or even truly loving wisdom from even a secular-humanist perspective.

I agree. Only believers can love wisdom. God created us with a mind, body, and soul. God’s word is our bedrock!

I personally agree that you need to be a believer to truly love. If you don’t have that personal relationship with God you don’t really know what true love is until you understand that He came to save us and he gave his life willingly to make that happen. So I don’t feel that someone who is not a believer would be able to understand that and they would not be able to offer a love to anything else in their life.
