I agree. God’s word is our foundation. It says that if we lack wisdom, we should seek God and he will give it to us. As believers, we are always wanting to know more so we can truly understand and love the creator of the universe.

I do agree. I think that without the Spirit of God illuminating your thinking, you are seeing things through a veil, and never understanding the whole picture. Maybe a non believer loving knowledge is actually their pursuit of the God of knowledge and they don’t even know it.

yes because we can appreciate the fundamentals of why God has created the knowledge, what it’s intended to be used for, and distinguish when it’s intended to be utilized based on Biblical values.

Since the Bible is the foundation or bedrock of knowledge, only a believer can recognize and appreciate the true nature of wisdom. He created our minds to think and reason and recognize his work around us.

I would agree. Someone who doesn’t know the Lord can love worldly wisdom and the pursuit of knowledge, but they cannot truly know the things that lead one down the path of wisdom. It is only through a relationship with God that we can seek wisdom. Proverbs personifies Wisdom as one that walks the streets and shouts out. Those who don’t know the Lord cannot heed the calling of wisdom.
