The purpose of this course is to give ourselves a flow of how the Old Testament fits together. What might be a benefit that would result from learning this?

If we knew how the Old Testament fits together then we’ll have a better understanding the importance of how the Old Testament joins with the New Testament to complete the hope for mankind and the answer of that hope.

Provide the better understanding of what Old Testament is all about how it connects to New Testament even there is interment period (silence year before arrival of Jesus). Often of time Old Testament is considered “dryness” information filled with books are not completely in order but it do have good reason for that.

Understanding the Old Testament helps you understand the New Testament and ultimately God’s purpose for you.

Understanding the Old Testament increases our understanding of God’s plan for us and helps us to see the fulfillment of his promises to us.

I feel we need to know the Old Testament better, it starts from the beginning of Creation to the End of His Mercy, extended to all mankind.. The benefit is that we get to know all about God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost and how they worked together to create us all and then how they work together to help us all live on this earth that is so sin filled and hard to deal with life each day…But when you have them on your side all things are easier to work thru and with them life is easier to live. The beginning to end of this life is taught to us in every Book of the Bible and God gives us instructions on how to get thru all things.
