The purpose of this course is to give ourselves a flow of how the Old Testament fits together. What might be a benefit that would result from learning this?

My benefit will be finally understanding the Old testament because it’s difficult to understand when you don’t know what you are reading.

THE OT course clarifyes the flow and order of the way the books of the OT are arranged. It lays out the foundation on how the books arranged. The OT is the foundation of what we can learn from the NT.

It is beneficial to further use the Old Testament for teaching to others and for learning about God.

It makes it a lot less confusing because you aren’t trying to see how it all fits together chronologically, but you are looking at the style or genre of writing instead, which makes more sense.

Old Testament Scripture is hard to read, and comprehend with the flow. Knowing how it is written and the sections that are placed together make it easier to understand, and know God’s plan for our lives, and how He wants us to live. It is the building block of Faith.
