The purpose of this course is to give ourselves a flow of how the Old Testament fits together. What might be a benefit that would result from learning this?

We often do not have an idea on why the books of the OT are put together the way that they are. Much of them don’t seem to have an order since it is not chronological. It is appropriate for us to have that understanding as we cannot have all the tools we need for witnessing if we don’t understand a large amount of the Scripture.

I would probably be very confused if I didn’t already have this knowledge.

For me this is to grow in the understanding of my Creator and to learn to be more like Him as His child

To better understand and then teach the redemption story

In learning how the Old Testament fits together we will be able to read and understand it better.
