This FastTrax gives me a flow of how the New Testament fits together. What is the benefit that would result from learning this is that the New Testament is divided into four sections that helps put things into prospective. In order to get the full picture I would have to now what each section contains.
1) The Gospels tell of the life and mission of Jesus
2) The book of Acts tells us about the spread of Christianity
3) The Epistles explains how we should think, live and to get along with everyone
4) Revelation tells us that satan and his evil intentions are defeated
That’s a good way to look at the New Testament. -
The benefit of learning this is to understand how the New Testament flows. I can know God’s message in a clear way that makes sense. I can discover the purpose of each book of the New testament and how they relate to each other.

In learning how it fits together, it will make reading and implementing what we read into real life more understandable. Also, how it relates to the Old Testament, that it is the second half of the story, how the books fit together.

A quick refresher that can help anchor portions of NT readings in the larger picture.
