    I am presently praying for the student I am mentoring and I ask my student questions before the start of the lesson which helps him open up to me about his concerns and difficulties.

    The practice I already have in place is praying for my students and following up with extra lessons for the weaker students

    One practice I have is praying for them. A second is making myself available and interacting with them during tea breaks as they open up to the challenges they are facing which I then counsel them about.

    Praying before tests and praying with the students when they are in need such as tough times at home, passing of a family member, etc.

    1) More interactive communications between teachers and parents and pastors. We three need to truly partner. 2) Make more time to earn the trust of students in all settings in the hopes that they will share what is truly going on in their life.
