I first turn to God in prayer. I will also look to the wise counsel of trusted friends who will be both honest and objective in their evaluation of my situation.

Some strategies that I have used to overcome worry is prayer and talking to Christian friends or a pastor. These were helpful because I was able to see if I was on the right path in my thinking and/or it confirmed my feelings were from God.
In Prayer, God gives wisdom, direction and strength to overcome worry. Sometimes it means that we need to change a situation or maybe God wants us to step out in faith to experience His power. -
Many times, I choose to forgive and be the one taking the initiative to reconcile. I have to stress it is a hard-long process that I have to be rebuked by the Holy Spirit over and over. I do feel anxious that others may reject or give me a cold shoulder and can only trust in God regardless of what the outcome will be, it is what I need to do on my side.
Having to recite the Lord’s Prayer every Sunday during worship is a great way to get me to humble before God.
