What are some techniques you have used, or currently use, to encourage a growth mindset in yourself?

I typically read books or listen to podcasts to help myself grow. I also have a great group of teacher friends who encourage me and hold me accountable for growing myself.

Reading books and articles. Continually re-evaluating lessons/units/teaching strategies.

I am always reading and I am interesting in learning new methods of teaching.

I talk to other teachers as well as read blogs and articles published by other teachers. This course is also a way to grow the mindset.

I am constantly challenging myself to learn new things, research topics that relate to what I teach, and to grow in God’s word.
