What are some ways you can apply the concepts learned in this lesson in your classroom?

Deleted User10/08/2022 at 13:39Apply scripture in demonstrative ways. Even when the subject matter does not have a directly correlation, you can find a way to connect it God. This can be done by briefly talking about your relationship with God, praying, or talking about God the Creator and is over all things even if a bible verse does not match up.

Deleted User09/24/2022 at 20:02Bing sure students are exposed to all of scripture- especially the hard parts where they need to grapple with them while they’re young and asking questions and willing to have the conversations. Sometimes they don’t hear anything from Judges or parts of Joshua until they’re in college and they don’t know what to do with these parts of the Bible they were never taught.

Deleted User08/29/2022 at 22:11Im a Bible Teacher, so it would seem easy to incorporate these ideas. The reality is I cannot miss any opportunity to point to Scripture as our unchanging standard for truth, even when teaching from the Bible itself. I have to make sure I am defending the nature of the Bible in my courses, so that my students carry it to the rest of the day and the rest of their lives.

Deleted User08/04/2022 at 16:08When we evaluate and analyze literature, we can use Scripture to decide whether or not the themes, narratives, etc. are in line with biblical teaching. Also, when writing papers, the students can use Scripture to back up the points they are making.

Deleted User07/21/2022 at 15:02I can apply these concepts by relating scripture to all aspects of the classroom (discipline, content, interacting with others, etc.). When doing this, I want to make sure that I use verses that connect to what we’re learning to support it.
