1. When a non-believer student from my class is celebrating their birthday (on a non-school day) and I’m on a call with them, I make sure to mention the name of Jesus and confidently quote a verse to encourage them.
2. Additionally, I lovingly correct my students by referring to how Jesus would have handled those situations.

The Bible must be an integral part of my classroom, not just tacked on or passively mentioned at the conclusion of a lesson. For example, in writing, scriptural explication is a great way to teach essay building skills, grammar, and comprehension. This can be accomplished at any level. It is not enough to read the words; students must also know what they mean (and moreover, what they mean in their proper context). Thus, Biblical integration is not an afterthought once the “curriculum” has been established. It is the curriculum and the originator of all truth.

Just as Jesus expertly used Scripture to address situations and answer questions, I aspire to deeply immerse myself in God’s Word. My goal is to become so familiar with Scripture that I can draw upon its wisdom to respond to any situation, offering insights and perspectives grounded in God’s truth.

I use some quotes in the Bible to create growth mindset for exhortation. E.g. 2Thessalonians 3:10 was one of the quotes I usually used when teaching the topic of Work and energy in physics. In most cases I facilitate discussions from several quotes to create God’s existence, feelings, benefits and even caution.

I will begin each day or lesson with prayer and Scripture reading, showing students the importance of grounding their work in God’s Word. I will relate biblical truths to the subjects I teach. I will teach problem-solving or critical thinking skills using biblical principles (e.g., forgiveness, wisdom, and justice). I will facilitate discussions on how to apply Scripture to personal situations or current events, helping students see the Bible as a practical guide. On a final note, I will equip my students with a biblical worldview by teaching them how to analyze ideas and cultural messages through the lens of Scripture.
