Deleted User08/07/2024 at 19:47I would like to be more intentional about quoting Scripture and bringing Biblical truths into my class, especially as it relates to Social Studies and the ancient and medieval civilizations that we are learning about. Specifically, a few areas I would like to bring Scripture in are: the events leading up to the Protestant Reformation, the Hebrews’ journey and enslavement, polytheism in Egypt and beyond, and the philosophy of humanism leading to the Renaissance.

Deleted User08/06/2024 at 09:28Well, I teach OT Survey and Bible Doctrine to 9th and 10th graders. It’s important that I convey to them the truth contained in 2 Timothy 3:14-16. Reminding them that open rebuke is better than secret love. Sharing with them the importance of acknowledging God in ALL of our ways.

Deleted User07/27/2024 at 19:06Speaking the truth in love when discussing a controversial topic, allowing your students to know that the only real truth comes from The Word of God. Incorporate scripture in all of your lessons and how you can apply them to daily life.
