What are some ways you can apply the concepts learned in this lesson in your classroom?

I would explain how to use the scripture throughout life. I would show examples by always using scripture for multiple subjects. Also, I would set an example of myself by always doing that in course. We would memorize scriptures and discuss there meaning and how we could use them.

This question is twofold. As a teacher by modeling what the scriptures say when a situation comes up during course time. As a student/child learning to implement scriptures when they encounter a situation in course or a home experience they would like to address. This allows them to see that they can use God’s word at any age and His word is still applicable for today.

One way to incorporate the “learning by doing” technique into the classroom is to take prayer requests, then prayer time together, sometimes independently. We have a special Bible verse of the week that we all look up and discuss.

Since I teach math I could probably focus on the key principles of math and point out that one foundation relies on another. However, without the first foundation being legitimate the others would fail. Same with our lives, we need the first foundation to be legitimate or all else fails.

I often apply this concept of Christianity in my art lessons. Children enjoy to depict and represents illustration of the bible.
