As a math teacher, I can show how there are mathematical concepts and reasonings that can be found in scripture such as logic, order, inferences, and deductions.

Applying scripture to as many Art Lessons as possible. Asking the students what they think it means and being open to discussing it. Also discussing Christianity found in art.

The 1st procedure in all of my courses is to read a scripture, an application of the scripture, and prayer. I also try to find applicable verses that follow along with the theme, plot, or moral of the books that we read.

In the classroom, I could give quotes or make statements, some true, some false. I could ask my students to distinguish between the truths and lies. We could then discuss the reasons why they are true or false and find scripture to back it up. I could also have students act out ways to lovingly and truthfully respond to various circumstances in which God’s truth can be used to correct or instruct.
When I myself correct student’s behavior, I can make sure to use scripture or biblical principals to explain why the behavior needs corrected. -
I would love to apply the lessons of Proverbs about money management to my course. I would also want to remind the kids that they are children of God and saved through Jesus Christ. There are so many amazing lessons to be related to life from the Bible. If there is a question, there is an answer in Scripture.
