I remind them that when they do something wrong that they are forgiven and still loved. I also show them in how I interact with them. I let them know that they are important and that I care about them.

I remind them how powerful our prayers are, reaching across the world and engaging in spiritual warfare. When there are conflicts, I teach them how to humbly ask for forgiveness, then offering it to others. We do this to follow in Christ’s gracious footsteps. When I’m frustrated or angry, I can smile at them and say that I can have the joy of the Lord even through difficulties. We teach students that the only motivation for anything we do must be because we love God and we want to love others. All other motives, guilt, fear, pride, competition, are worthless in God’s eyes. These are some examples of how to model a biblical worldview.

I can pass on a biblical worldview to my students by showing them God’s created order and design of mathematics. My desire is that my students would know Christ as Savior, grow in their knowledge of Him, and understand the value of math for their Christian growth and service.
