I try to pay attention to how my focus is. If strong I study longer. If weak a shorter time period, consistently. In the future I will attend church and have fellowship with others who are followers of Jesus.

My wife likes journaling and I may try it soon.

I have tried reading devotionals in the morning such as the YouVersion verse of the day. I have tried reading small passages from a Christian book I am reading. I have tried reading a chapter a day. In the future I would like to try setting a time and allowing that time to be efficient.

Deleted User10/15/2023 at 13:21To be honest, I haven’t really done a lot of devotionals because I have concerns that writers try to take on speaking for God. I do enjoy ODB, which my church provides. I would like to find a good long-term devotional.
