I used to journal a lot, but now it is more simple. I also have found going on prayer walks helps my mind focus and heart be free from distractions and worries at busy or stressful times of my life. These things remind me to slow down, remember, listen to God, and step into my day with peace and hope.

I’m thinking about setting aside time in the evening to read and study, am also wanting to get a daily reading schedual and possibly a daily bible study guide to help with a more guided study.

During these times I would like to learn to wait on God and let his Holy Spirit move me and give me His strength.
